When filling in Connection, it is important to ensure that there are no invisible empty fields before or after the entered text. One method to ensure there are no hidden spaces is to copy the server name, database, user, etc., into Notepad first. Then, copy it from Notepad. This ensures no invisible/empty fields before or after the text.

Audit Log

We will examine the audit log in a different chapter. The Audit Log Allows you to write to an audit log table in your database when you perform writeback. A record of the value changes along with relevant metadata is added to a separate table. The Audit log table is a copy of all columns from the writeback table. All the column needs to be nullable and not an identity. An additional five extra columns are available for the log. UsernameStamp, TimeStamp, row keys, Transaction type.
